In commercial kitchens, I find if you get the tile to stick, and keep water and all "kitchen juice" away from the setting bed, you've got it made. Good expansion joints and crack isolation (if required) is a must. Also spend your money on a grout that can stand up to kitchen juice e.g. Latapoxy 2000 or equivalent. Good luck _____
