The chevy master sits crooked in the firewall. On my 91 with factory Hydraulic clutch I made a special bracket to use the Ford clutch master because I have a zf5 behind my Cummins. However m interested in this thread because I am possibly this summer going to try putting an NV4500 in my 78 and needing to do a Hydraulic pedal conversion from auto.

The gearbox and clutch is identical besides some attached sensors and the GSA, HPU and other things. When you convert to manual you simple just don't use the electronic way to control the gearbox/clutch with the HPU, GSA and TCU. A cable from the manual gear shifter to the gearbox and the hydraulic for the manual clutch pedal.

The kit is compatible with the new CT125 Hunter Cub (JA65), Dax 125 (JB04), and the new Cross Cub 110 (JA60), and can be converted to a hydraulic manual clutch. The kit leaves the primary automatic centrifugal clutch in place, so when starting and stopping, the clutch operation is the same as a normal Cub, and no clutch operation is required.

The oil change is coming. My owners manual says that the factory has put in a good quality oil and listed the proper USA replacement. I will use the bike for a month before I do my first oil change. Manual states not to go over 30mph (sticker on bike says 25mph) for the first 300 miles. Looks like the back roads for me for a while.
