In the silica sand with 50% saturation [Fig. 12 (a)(c)(e)], the hydrate was completely distributed in the pores and the silica sand was tightly cemented. No hydrate was formed in the gas-phase region above the silica sand bed. However, in the silica sand with saturation, the hydrate distribution changed significantly.
