I think you can push the Copper out by an electrolytic reaction regenerating the Nitric at the same time. Not sure how pure it will be though. If you want it pure, an electrolytic cell is the way, but then you need a Copper bar and some Copper salts for the electrolyte. Usually it is done with Copper Sulfate.
